The United States Embassy in Pakistan condemns Saturday night’s terrorist bombings in Peshawar’s Khyber Super Market.
“We send our condolences to all affected by this attack,” says a press release issued by the US Embassy here on Sunday.
“This was a cruel and vicious attack deliberately designed to maim and kill innocent people. No religion or legitimate political philosophy justifies the indiscriminate slaughter of innocents. The terrorists who perpetrated this brutality are beyond the pale of civilization,” it added.
“The United States is committed to working with the people and government of Pakistan in our common fight against violent extremism,” said the release.
