KARACHI: Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) has started afresh the spell of power load shedding in the city from today after Eid holidays..
According to the KESC spokesman, power outages will be commenced from today in all commercial and residential areas of the cosmopolitan.
The areas noted for power stealth, will have to suffer 4.5-hour load shedding and three-hour load shedding will be carried out in areas with less reported power thefts.
According to the KESC spokesman, industrial areas will not afflicted with power outages. According to sources, the city’s aggregate power demand stands at 1950 Megawatts with supply only 1700MWs.
